Photo Reproduction Policy

The Museum will provide non-exclusive reproduction copies of photographs in its Collection in accordance with the following:

Fee Schedule

Emailed image in digital format................................................................................ $ 5.00
Mailing digital image on storage device you provide, within the continental US...... $15.00
Mailing print or any digital resolution different than archival scan......... Dependent on size

Fees for reproduction are to be paid in advance. Processing time is approximately 2 weeks. Special requests and considerations will be determined on a case by case basis.

Conditions for Use

1. Permission is for one-time use only. Any subsequent use in any publication or for a different purpose constitutes reuse and must be reapplied for in writing.
2. Reproductions shall not be resold or further reproduced without written authorization from the Museum.
3. Images shall be reproduced without alterations unless agreed to by the Museum.
4. All published images approved by the Museum must show credit (a) with photograph: Courtesy of Cleveland Hungarian Museum, and (b) in acknowledgement section of publication as: Courtesy of Cleveland Hungarian Museum (photo ID#.)
5. Museum is to receive a complimentary copy of any published material.

Agreement

This agreement is made upon the express condition that the Cleveland Hungarian Heritage Society (which operates the Cleveland Hungarian Museum), its agents, and volunteers, shall be free from all liabilities and claims for or by reason of any claim of copyright infringement of any kind whatsoever, arising from any activities conducted pursuant to the terms of this agreement, and the applicant named hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless the Cleveland Hungarian Heritage Society, its agents, and volunteers, from all such liabilities, expenses, and costs on account of or by reason of any claims, suits, or losses however occurring or damages arising out of the same.
